2017 Registration Now Open - Read all Directions Carefully

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 12/12/16(11:59 pm)
INVOICE/FEES/SUBMISSION FORM DEADLINE: 12/16/16 (Received by This Date)

Notification of Accepted work will be made on Monday, January 9, 2017 via email to the art teacher. Accepted work will need to be delivered at the designated times/days. (See Schedule) Gold, Silver and Honorable Mention winners in all categories will be invited to attend The Connecticut Regional Awards Celebration by email.

We are in need of volunteers to help with:
Art Work Jury Day
Portfolio Jury Day
Accepted Work Drop Off Days
Hanging and Striking the Show
Pick up Days

 NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTED WORK

The $100 Registration Fee includes up to 5 art teachers submitting 5 individual entries each.
Beyond 5 teachers per school there is a fee of $20 per teacher.
There is a $20 submission fee per portfolio.
   (12 Portfolios per school) 

All  images must be uploaded when artwork is registered online by 11:59, December 12, 2016

Future New Category Submit forms and payment of $5 per entry directly to the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers in NYC.

A NOTE:You must prepare your artwork ahead of time to be hung and displayed as you will only have a few days from
CÆA notification to deliver accepted work for inclusion in the exhibit! 


TEACHERS:MAKE SURE YOU ARE ALSO REGISTERED IN THE ORS SYSTEM!

(If you are not registered you will not receive any notifications)

IMPORTANT:Your artwork MUST be available for exhibition if you submit to the Awards. 
​Please do not sell, give, or send your artwork to anyone else if you are submitting to the Scholastic Art Awards. All works deemed too different for m the image adjudicated will not be exhibited and any awards will be forfeited.

Refusing to provide award-winning work for exhibition and/or to agree to all corresponding rights releases may result in the revocation of any award given.


WORK NOT DELIVERED DURING DESIGNATED TIME WILL

NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE EXHIBIT.
