INVOICE/FEES/SUBMISSION FORM DEADLINE: 12/15/17 (Received by This Date)
Payment will not be accepted after December 15, 2017. (Late Fee $10) No cash through the mail will be accepted. Purchase orders must be accompanied by check.
Notification of Accepted work will be made on Monday, January 7, 2017 via email to the art teacher. Accepted work will need to be delivered at the designated times/days. (See Schedule) Gold, Silver and Honorable Mention winners in all categories will be invited to attend The Connecticut Regional Awards Celebration by email.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTED WORK
NEW 2018 FEE STRUCTURE
SCHOOL SUBMISSIONS, HOME SCHOOL, OUT OF SCHOOL PROGRAMS, INDEPENDENT SUBMISSIONS
EACH TEACHER MAY ONLY SIGN FIVE INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY SUBMISSION FORMS
The $100 Registration includes:5 art teachers per school with 5 Individual Category Submissions Each.
For more than five participating teachers, there us a fee of $20 per teacher.
Each Senior may submit up to 2 Portfolio Submissions. There is a $20 submission fee per portfolio. (Limit 12 per School)
All images must be uploaded when artwork is registered online by 11:59, December 15, 2017
Future New Category Submit forms and payment of $5 per entry directly to the Alliance for Young Artists and Writers in NYC.
IMPORTANT:Your artwork MUST be available for exhibition if you submit to the Awards.
Please do not sell, give, or send your artwork to anyone else if you are submitting to the Scholastic Art Awards. All works deemed too different for m the image adjudicated will not be exhibited and any awards will be forfeited.
Refusing to provide award-winning work for exhibition and/or to agree to all corresponding rights releases may result in the revocation of any award given.
